As of the date of this last revision, there are no known funded and proven effective global mitigations already in place for this risk.
Mitigation will require celestial mechanics, mathematics, planetary science and astrophysics to better understand celestial dynamics and the long-term stability of planetary orbits, including orbital interactions and potential impacts of gravitational interactions with external masses perturbing the stability of planetary systems.
Note that our solar system appears to have been stable for billions of years, and major disruptions to planetary orbits are rare events. The possibility is remote of earth being gravitationally tugged outside its goldilocks zone.
